Lakes are wonderful; Cramer Lake is a lake that's close to Kowalski Lake; a great place for whitewater paddling is Two Island River. Throughout the summer months at Kowalski Lake highs are regularly in the 70's while overnight lows are mostly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Kowalski Lake temperatures fall to the-10's.       So many fun things to do here at Kowalski Lake, too great to be true. Good hiking is available along the Moosewalk Snowmobile Trail; not far from Kowalski Lake you'll hit upon Paccini Lake which is a lovely lake. Why not camp at Ninemile Campground while you're here at Kowalski Lake; you can run the rapids of Manitou River.
