What a nice lake Knutsen Lake is. Remund Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and a nice nearby hotel is Faribault Days Inn & Suites. Knutsen Lake gets a normal amount of rain; through the month of June you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are in fact bountiful here at Knutsen Lake.

I also vacationed at Jefferson as a child but cannot remember name of place where dad took us. Remember that there were cabins on one side and we also camped on the othere side of the lake. Also, remember when we were out fishing we passed under a bridge to Lake Henry to catch some of the biggest yellow bellies I've ever seen. Want to take my kids and grandkids there...Totally agree this has happened on several lakes I have fished, most lakes put a three or four hour recreational regulation on the lakes. I agree the people have become so self centered, and it is all about them. They should be spending quality time fishing instead of all this time in high speed on seperate play toy's that is not quality time.... |
