Summer brings highs in the 70's to Kek Lake with nighttime lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Kek Lake drop into the-10's. Bakekana Lake is a great lake next to Kek Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Kekekabic Trail. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Superior Ridge Resort & Motel is a brilliant spot to spend a night       or two, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Kek Lake; Powwoun Trail is a great local trail. The annual precipitation here at Kek Lake is about average; during the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is February.
