    If you are in Itasca county it's always a good idea to stop by Joy Lake. The annual rain here at Joy Lake is about average; June is the month that gets the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Yep, outdoors entertaining things to do are beyond doubt abundant here at Joy Lake. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Wilson Lake Trail. A lake nearby is Rum Lake, and hiking along the Holstrum Spur Trail is good fun.
This lake is so wonderful.
 
   Stony Brook Campground is a wonderful campground nearby, and do take a hike on the Valley River Trail. If you came for an overnight stay Thistledew Campground is a good place to camp, and dry warm beds await you at Country Inn By Carlson Grand Rapids. For the duration of the warm days of summer, highs generally are in the 70's at Joy Lake. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 10's with  
               winter lows in the-20's overnight here at Joy Lake.
Mead Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore; in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Fork.
