The beauty of Lake Jones is reason enough to stop by. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lake Jones has to offer, you can camp at J Robinson Intensive Camps, needless to say you could also explore Langton Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. The yearly rainfall here at Lake Jones is about average; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Lake Jones. A trip to Mississippi National River & Recreation Area is recommended; a lake close by is Poplar Lake.
