Do stop by Johnson Lake while you're in this part of Minnesota. This lake is so wonderful. A good place for whitewater paddling next to Johnson Lake is Little Fork River; there's tremendous hiking along the Snake Trail. Summertime highs at Johnson Lake usually tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Johnson Lake are in the-10's. A fine nearby
