Yep, outdoors exciting things to do are truly abundant here at Jester Lake. Jester Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Baker Lake Campground is a wonderful local campground; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Poplar River. Dry warm beds await you at Caribou Highlands Lodge, and the slopes of Lutsen are so inviting nobody can resist. The warmest time of the       year at Jester Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Jester Lake temperatures plunge to the-10's. Take a hike on the Rib Lake Trail; there's some flowing water close by, Dawkins Creek is a stream you can stop at while here. Going for a hike along the Granite River Portage will let you absorb the natural beauty                  of this area. Lakes? Sure, Fool Lake is in the neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. There are some good whitewater spots on Temperance River, and you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Pine Portage. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Americinn - Tofte, Mn is a fine choice. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Jester Lake; the month with most of the rain is August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
