If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Fork River, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MOUNTAIN IRON (VIRGINIA). At Jammer Lake throughout the days of summer highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 10's while the cold       winter nights at Jammer Lake are in the-10's. But wait, there's more amusing stuff to do in the Mesabi Range. Vermilion River has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby, and Giants Ridge is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is magnificent here at Jammer Lake, you can go for a hike along the Taconite Trail; Midway Motel is a wonderful campground nearby. Around Jammer Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; June                  is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll go for Jammer Lake. Jammer Lake is a wonderful site to visit for more than one day, Pfeifer Lake Campground is a wonderful site to camp nearby; if you need a place to stay Americinn - Mt Iron, Mn is a glorious choice.
