Jammer Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Little Fork River, and Jammer Lake is a good place to camp, Pfeifer Lake Campground is a good place. Throughout the warm days of summer, highs usually are in the 70's at Jammer Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's,

| | and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Jammer Lake plunge into the-10's. Be careful coming to Jammer Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Vermilion River.
Go for a hike on the Taconite Trail, and not far from Jammer Lake you'll come across Arrowhead Lake which is a beautiful lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Mesabi Range. At Jammer Lake you | |

Dry warm beds await you at Ski View Motel, and
a day on the slopes of Giants Ridge is just what you need. Just can't get enough of the Mesabi Range. If you need a site to stay Americinn Lodge & Suites is a perfect choice, and camping at Jammer Lake is wonderful fun, Midway Motel is a wonderful local campground.
