You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Lake of the Isles. After a long day outdoors Millennium Hotel Minneapolis is a perfect spot to spend a night or two, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington. For the duration of the summer here at Lake of the Isles, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's, and the overnight       is fairly colder of course, usually in the 50's. Through the winter highs are regularly in the 20's; during the dark hours in the winter at Lake of the Isles temperatures drop to the 0's. Crystal Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and hey, Gotta ski right? Hyland Ski is a nice location to do that. Lake of the Isles gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; during June this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. This                  lake is so wonderful. Camp Buckskin is a splendid campground nearby, and if you get bored of Lake of the Isles you could also take a look at nearby Diamond Lake. Stay the night at Lowry Grove, and what would winter be without some skiing at Buck Hill. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Wirth Theo Par 3 Golf Course, and a journey to Mississippi National River & Recreation Area is worthwhile.
