Intermediate Pool is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Saint Anthony Falls Lower Lock and Dam is pretty and it's in close proximity to Intermediate Pool; Buck Hill has splendid slopes and a friendly staff. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Lake of the Isles, and brilliant skiing awaits you at Hyland Ski. This is a great area for people who like lakes.
