For the period of the summer highs here at Howard Lake reach the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 10's, and overnight lows throughout the winter for Howard Lake tend to be in the-10's. This       lake is so wonderful. Mississippi National River & Recreation Area is one of the destinations close to Howard Lake that are fine to go to, and Americinn - Forest Lake, Mn is a perfect spot to get some rest. A brilliant spot to camp here at Howard Lake is River Bend Mobile Home Park, and you're almost certainly into lakes, Columbus Lake is one of those close by. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Wild Mountain. But wait, there's more to                  do in the neighborhood of Howard Lake. While you're here at Howard Lake you can play some golf at Castlewood Golf Course, and if you need a site to stay Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Forest Lake is a tremendous choice. Howard Lake gets a common amount of annual rain; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest.
