Through the summer months highs here at Horseshoe Lake reach the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Horseshoe Lake. From a precipitation point of view Horseshoe Lake is a reasonably common location; June is the wettest month with most rain; February on       the other hand is the driest. Don't miss out on a tour to Mississippi National River & Recreation Area while you're here at Horseshoe Lake, obviously you could also go to Orchard Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn Lakeville is a pleasant location to get some rest, and hey, Gotta ski right? Hyland Ski is a great place to do that.
