There is a tremendous hiking trail in the neighborhood of Horseshoe Lake called the Deerfield Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Sun Set Resort is a tremendous site to camp. Do take a look at Loon Lake in the neighborhood of Horseshoe Lake, it's a beautiful lake; going for a hike on the Lake Erin Trail is always a pleasant adventure. An average amount of precipitation falls at Horseshoe Lake; June is the       wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you adore the outdoors, you'll fancy Horseshoe Lake. A magnificent close by hotel is Trappers Landing Lodge; there are great locations to look at along the Hunter Walking Trail System. Why not camp at Lindsey Lake Campgrounds while you're here at Horseshoe Lake, and there are plenty of folks from Brainerd here at Horseshoe Lake.
