The Spur Lake Trail System offers hiking at its best, and if you've had enough of Holland Lake, George Lake is close by. A good close by hotel is Wendigo Lodge Golf Conference, and a visit to Robbs Rapids will fill your soul with good feelings. But wait, there's more to do close to Holland Lake. Take a hike on the Turtle Mound Trail, and you're       almost certainly interested in lakes, Backus Lake is one of those nearby. The amount of rain that falls at Holland Lake is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is frequently June, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is February.
