Now, you may imagine that's a load but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Hickey Lake. An afternoon playing golf at Creeks Bend Golf Course is always a diversion, and Cedar Lake Dam is a beautiful spot, beyond doubt worth taking a look at. Throughout       the summer at Hickey Lake highs are commonly in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Hickey Lake. The slopes of Hyland Ski are so inviting nobody can resist, and Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is a great place to get some rest. Hickey Lake gets a normal amount of rain; during the month of June you get the most rain around here; the driest month is January.                  During your trip to Hickey Lake you'll meet some folks from Faribault-Northfield for sure.
