A wonderful site to camp here at Hagen Lake is Pikedale Lodge; a quick spree to Whipholt Creek is certainly a wonderful idea. This lake is so wonderful. There is a tremendous hiking trail in close proximity to Hagen Lake called the North Country Trail, and a pleasant close by hotel is Americinn - Walker, Mn. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Hagen Lake. The Goose Lake Trail System is       a glorious hiking trail next to Hagen Lake. Throughout the summer at Hagen Lake temperatures are typically in the 70's, and the night is rather colder of course, mostly in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 10's with temperatures at Hagen Lake dipping down into the-10's throughout winter nights. You'll meet a lot of folks from Brainerd here, and going for a hike on the Lake Erin Trail is always a perfect adventure. From                  a precipitation point of view Hagen Lake is a rather common spot; June is the month that gets the most rain while February is ordinarily the driest month.
