    Beautiful Gull Lake has much to offer visitors. An average amount of rain falls at Gull Lake; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Gneiss Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Lutsen while you're here. Gull Lake truly is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. You're perhaps addicted to lakes, Romance Lake is one of those nearby.
 
   Camping is available at Gunflint Pines, and going for a hike along the Maraboeuf Lake Portage will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is perfect here at Gull Lake, you can go for a hike along the Gneiss Lake Portage, and do visit Sea Gull River while you're here at Gull Lake. Summertime at Gull Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All  
               through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 10's; nighttime lows in the-10's for Gull Lake.
