At Goose Lake during the summertime highs are in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Having a wonderful time at Goose Lake is easy. Gotta ski! Afton Alps is a great place to do that; a golf course nearby is Gem Lake Hills Public Golf Course.
