Summer brings highs in the 80's to Goose Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's; nighttime lows during the wintertime for Goose Lake tend to be in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Andersen's Four Seasons Resort is a magnificent place to camp; there is a magnificent       hiking trail nearby called the Johnson Lake Trail System. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Goose Lake; through June this area sees the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Near Goose Lake you discover the Mud Lake Trail System which is a great hiking trail, and at Goose Lake you always meet someone from Brainerd. Any time is a great time at Goose Lake if you go for the outdoors. If you get bored of Goose Lake, you could also stop                  at nearby Snake Brook Impoundment.
