There are plenty of folks from Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington here at Lake Girard, and if you need a place to stay Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is a nice choice. Why not camp at Town & Country Campground if you're here at Lake Girard, and while you're here and you like golf, you can take a look at Fred Richards Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. | | to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in close proximity to Lake Girard. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Buck Hill, and while you're here, you could also have a look at beautiful Marsh Lake. Camping is available at Town and Country Campground, and you'll hit upon a picturesque lake called Barthels Pond. June, and February on the other hand is the driest. For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Lake Girard get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are regularly
in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Lake Girard. The skiing at Hyland Ski is glorious, and Mississippi National River & Recreation Area is a great national park.
