Minnesota has many beautiful lakes and Gansey Lake is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not check out Stuart Lake close to Gansey Lake. There's so much to do here at Gansey Lake that you need to camp here for a while, C C Campground 717 is a perfect location for that. After a long day outdoors Hibbing Super 8 Motel is a great place to spend a night or two; close by you find the Stingy Lake Trail which is a splendid

if you came to camp Pine Beach Resort RV Park is a good site to do that. Gansey Lake is located in the Mesabi Range. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the Mesabi Range has to offer. You can run the rapids of Little Fork River in close proximity to Gansey Lake.

There is plenty to do at the resort too. Swan Lake is known for its water clarity throughout the summer. Fishing is almost always good with a healthy supply of sunfish, crappies, northern and walleyes. Largemouth bass are definitely the most sought after fish the past few years with most of them released again after they are weighed and their picture is taken for our ''fishing report'' board. Our swimming area is safely marked off with no dangerous drop offs. We have plenty of sand for sunbathing and sandcastle building.
