Portage, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Crystal Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
There's great hiking along the Great Cherry Portage; a visit to Grand Portage National Monument is
recommended. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Vaseux Portage, and dry warm beds await you at East Bay Suites. There's so much to do here at Gadwall Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Kimball
Lake Campground is a magnificent place for that, and if you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kadunce River.
