Through the months of summer at Fox Lake highs are regularly in the 70's, and the night is slightly colder of course, regularly in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 10's while Fox Lake overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's perfect hiking       along the Webster Lake Trail System. Fox Lake is pretty arid ordinarily; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do in the neighborhood of Fox Lake. Stay the night at Joe's Lodge, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Castle Highlands Golf Course. Don't leave Fox Lake without first going for a hike along the Carter Lake Trail, and Fox Lake                  Dam is beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Meadow Lake Trail System, and at Fox Lake you always meet someone from Bemidji. The slopes of Buena Vista are so inviting noone can resist, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by close by Black Lake.
