Nearby lakes? Sure, Moody Lake is near Fourth Lake, and Pine Lake is a swamp near Fourth Lake. You could also check out Third Lake since you're here at Fourth Lake; it's close by, and the snow is nice at Wild Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Apple River offers some good whitewater, and if you       like skiing, you're in luck; Trollhaugen is relatively near. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Fourth Lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit St. Croix River, and you can stay the night at Blue waters Leisure Park. Enjoy a round of golf at Chisago Lakes Golf Course not far from Fourth Lake, and don't leave Fourth Lake without first going for a hike along the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail. Fourth Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; June is                  when you get the most rain here; February meanwhile is the driest month. Summertime at Fourth Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 10's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Fourth Lake drop into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful.
