There's so much to do here at Folston Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Remer Motel & Campground is a glorious location for that, and the Sugar Lake Trail System offers hiking at its best. From a precipitation point of view Folston Lake is a reasonably normal site; through the month of June you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.       You're sure to run into some cheerful folks from Brainerd here, and hiking along the Mud Lake Trail System is great fun. Folston Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Andersen's Four Seasons Resort is a tremendous local campground; Folston Lake is right by the Johnson Lake Trail System. Why not check out Loon Lake Dam since you're here. Summertime highs at Folston Lake usually tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's.
