In Minnesota there are many beautiful lakes, Lake Five is one of them. Don't leave Lake Five without first going for a hike along the Giese Truck Trail, and get your pulse rate up on the glorious whitewater of Snake River. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Herubin Truck Trail, and Lake Five is a pleasant location to visit for more than one day, Garnet Acres Guest Ranch is a pleasant location to camp nearby. There's magnificent hiking along the East White Pine Truck Trail, and you can run the rapids of Snake River. Through the months of summer here at Lake Five, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's; the nighttime is slightly chillier of course, ordinarily in the 50's. with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Lake Five. Lake Five gets a common amount of rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. A fine close by hotel is Travelodge Hinckley, and you can stay the night at Waldheim Resort.
