Throughout the days of summer highs here at First Lake get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 10's with temperatures at First Lake dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. General C C Andrews State Forest       is a pleasant local forest, and Americinn - Moose Lake, Mn is a delightful place to get some rest. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Kettle River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by; since you're here, you could check out Willow River. First Lake is a good site of common precipitation; June is the wettest month with most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. Why not camp at Wilderness Campgrounds while you're here at First                  Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn.
