The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Ferman Lake. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's; overnight lows through the winter for Ferman Lake tend to be in the-10's. There is a fine hiking trail close to Ferman Lake called the Moosewalk Snowmobile Trail, and after a long day outdoors Grand Superior Lodge is a pleasant place to spend a night or two.       Wildhurst Campgrounds is a great local campground; a glorious place for whitewater paddling is Baptism River - West Br. This lake is so wonderful. Ferman Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Little Isabella River Campground is a good place to camp nearby, and Beaver River - W.Br is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. This place, Ferman Lake, it absolutely has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Going for a hike on the Powwoun Trail is always                  a splendid adventure. An average amount of rainfall falls at Ferman Lake; most of the rain falls all through June, and February is the month with the least moisture.
