There's so much to do here at Fayal Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Eveleth Veteran's Park is a fine location for that. Get dripping wet paddling on St. Louis River. But wait, there's more to do near Fayal Pond. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Saint Marys Lake, and gorgeous scenery and brilliant skiing is what you acquire at Giants Ridge. This       lake is so wonderful. If the weather is splendid here at Fayal Pond, you can go for a hike along the Taconite Trail; Fayal Pond is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Midway Motel is a magnificent local campground.
