Dry warm beds await you at Americinn - St Peter, Mn; Cedar Grove Camp Ground is a glorious campground here. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Mankato is a fine location to spend a night or two, and at Erickson Lake you always meet someone from Mankato-North Mankato. Fox Lakebed is a perfect spot to stretch your legs a bit; what would winter be without some skiing at Mount Kato. If you       like swamps, you're in luck, Zwinggi Lake is right nearby; camping at Erickson Lake is great fun, Peaceful Valley Campsites is a great local campground. Erickson Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is regularly June, that's the one that rains the most; the driest of the months is February. At Erickson Lake during the summer highs are in the 80's, and the nighttime is quite colder of course, frequently in the 60's. Through                  the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Erickson Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights.
