If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Eshquaguma Country Club is in the vicinity, and do take a hike on the Taconite Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Eveleth Super 8 Motel is a perfect choice, and hiking along the Canfield Portage is wonderful fun. So many exciting things to do here at Embarrass Lake, too magnificent to be true. Sherwood Forest Campground       is a good local campground. Embarrass Lake is not far at all from Duluth, and why not camp at Gilbert Sherwood Forest while you're here at Embarrass Lake. From a rain point of view Embarrass Lake is a rather common place; the wettest month of the year is regularly June, that's the one that rains the most, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Through the long summer days highs here at Embarrass Lake get into the 70's, and all through summer nights                  temperatures are in the 50's.
