All through the summer at Ekbeck Lake highs are typically in the 70's, and the nighttime is fairly cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 10's while Ekbeck Lake overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Beaver River - E.Br in the neighborhood of Ekbeck Lake. There's so much to do here at Ekbeck       Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wildhurst Campgrounds is a good place for that. Be careful coming to Ekbeck Lake, you might not ever want to return back home again. If you came to camp Tetagouche Lake Campground is a great place to do that, and dry warm beds await you at Americinn Silver Bay. The amount of rain that falls at Ekbeck Lake is close to the national average; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain while February                  is commonly the driest month. There's whitewater on Baptism River - West Br for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and you're probably addicted to lakes, Ferman Lake is one of those close by. Nearby lakes? Sure, Fry Lake is next to Ekbeck Lake, and the North Shore Snowmobile Trail is a fine hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. On a perfect day at Ekbeck Lake you can take a hike along the Moosewalk Snowmobile Trail; if you need a spot to stay Grand Superior Lodge is a glorious choice.
