Stay the night at Golden Acres; a lake close by is West Boot Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A normal amount of rain falls here at East Boot Lake; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun. The skiing at Trollhaugen       is glorious, and if you haven’t been to Saint Croix National Scenic River, you should schedule some time for it since you're here. You'll need more than a day to discover everything East Boot Lake has to offer, you can camp at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp, and St. Croix River is a wonderful whitewater spot close by. For you golfers we recommend close by Sawmill Golf Club, and a magnificent spot for whitewater paddling is Apple River. This lake is so wonderful.                  Dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn, obviously you could also go to Clear Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. Summertime at East Boot Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's.
