A splendid place to camp here at Dutch Lake is Whispering Pines Campground; lakes are such peaceful sites, why not visit Rice Lake. The amount of rainfall that falls at Dutch Lake is close to the national average; June is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the       months is February. Going for a hike along the East White Pine Truck Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Giese Truck Trail. And that's not all you can do here at Dutch Lake. For the period of the warm months at Dutch Lake highs are frequently in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 10's; winter                  nights come with lows in the-10's to Dutch Lake.
