The Old Pines Trail is a splendid hiking trail in close proximity to Drumstick Lake, and Little Isabella River Campground is a perfect local campground. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Drumstick Lake. For the period of the       moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 10's with temperatures at Drumstick Lake dipping down into the-10's through winter nights.
