If only every place had this much outdoors cool stuff, what a great world it would be. There's great hiking along the Kelly Trail, and a pleasant close by hotel is Americinn - Two Harbors, Mn. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Driller Lake, and throughout the night it       cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Driller Lake drop into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Driller Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rocky Shores Campground is a great place for that, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Driller Lake; Seven Beaver Snowmobile Trail is a great local trail. An average amount of precipitation                  falls at Driller Lake; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while February is commonly the driest month. Good hiking is available along the North Shore Snowmobile Trail, and glide down the rapids of Crow Creek in a kayak. Paddling on Gooseberry River is so much fun, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not take a look at Phantom Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
