Drake Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a delightful outdoors paradise. Good hiking is available along the North Shore Snowmobile Trail; a great close by hotel is Grand Superior Lodge. Get covered with water paddling on Beaver River - W.Br, and if you need a site to stay Americinn Silver Bay is a nice choice. Through the summertime highs here at Drake Lake reach the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. High temperatures       during the wintertime are normally in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Drake Lake. Camping at Little Isabella River Campground is always a good experience, and soar down the rapids of Beaver River - E.Br in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. There's delightful hiking along the Moosewalk Snowmobile Trail, and Drake Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Wildhurst Campgrounds is a delightful local campground.
