The yearly rainfall here at Dipper Lake is about average; the wettest month of the year is frequently June, that's the one that rains the most while February is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. There is a great hiking trail close to Dipper Lake called the Kekekabic Trail, and camping at Kawishiwi Lake Campground is always a nice experience. High temperatures at Dipper Lake during       the summer are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's while Dipper Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the-10's. Near Dipper Lake you come across the Old Pines Trail which is a fine hiking trail.
