Lakes Area Motel and RV Park is a great location to get some rest, and not far from Devils Lake you'll come across Whiskey Lake which is a beautiful lake. Camping is available at Berndt's Kamp Kappy Resort; Devils Lake is not far at all from Alexandria. Through the summer, highs frequently       are in the 80's at Devils Lake with overnight lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Devils Lake. Swamps are out of the ordinary sites and Redick Swamp in close proximity to Devils Lake is no exception, and why not camp at Oak Park while you're here at Devils Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Pine Ridge Golf Course. Lakes? Sure,                  Little Chippewa Lake is around here.
