This is a splendid neighborhood for people who like lakes. Steenerson Lake is a lake close at hand; Deep Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Island Lake Resort is a glorious local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Fosston. During the warmest time of the year here at Deep Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. There's so much to do here at Deep Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Clearwater County Long Lake Park is a good place for that.
