Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not check out Kabustasa Lake close to Daniels Pond, and at Daniels Pond Dam right next door to Daniels Pond there are some out of the ordinary things to see. That right there is lots already, but it continues; Daniels Pond has it all. If you need a spot to stay       Gateway Lodge and Suites is a great choice. At Daniels Pond through the months of summer highs are in the 70's while night lows are commonly in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are commonly in the 10's, and nighttime lows in the-20's for Daniels Pond. A wonderful lake like Olive Lake close to Daniels Pond is a perfect location to stop by, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Vermilion River. Daniels Pond                  is a good place of normal rainfall; through June this area sees the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
