A delightful close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - St. James, and Curry Slough is a great place to camp, Golden Gate To Fun is a great place. Throughout the long summer days at Curry Slough temperatures are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's with temperatures at Curry Slough dipping down into the 0's through       winter nights. The amount of rain that falls at Curry Slough is close to the national average; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month.
