Paddling on Sturgeon River is so much fun; there's tremendous hiking along the Stingy Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Croxton Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Forest Heights RV and Mobile Park is a great local campground, and Wabigone Tailings Basin is a splendid lake nearby. Super 8 Hibbing is a great site to get some rest; lakes are such serene places, why not visit Sherman Group Tailings Basin.
Just can't get enough of Croxton Pond.

| | If you need a location to stay Hibbing Park Hotel is a great choice, and Wabigone Tailings Dike is a gorgeous spot, absolutely worth going to. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Mesabi Range. There's so much to do here at Croxton Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Mesaba Co-Op Park is a good location for that.
