This lake is so wonderful. A fine close by hotel is Garrison Inn and Suites, and Portage Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at. The yearly precipitation here at Crooked Lake is about average; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. At Crooked Lake all through       the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Crooked Lake dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. Crooked Lake is a splendid site to visit for more than one day, Sissebagamah RV Resort is a splendid site to camp nearby.
