     After a long day outdoors Americinn - Fergus Falls, Mn is a pleasant site to spend a night or two; a day on the slopes of Andes Tower Hill is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm spots, why not stop by Eide Lake near Cormorant Lake, and you can stay the night at Tipsinah Mounds Park. Super 8 Morris is a brilliant location to get some rest, and Cormorant Lake is a nice site to visit for more than one day, Barrett Lake Resort and  
   Campground is a nice site to camp nearby. A stunning lake like Swan Lake near Cormorant Lake is a great site to go to.
At Cormorant Lake you don’t see much rain; June is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. For the period of the long summer days at Cormorant Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 10's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Cormorant Lake tend to be in the-10's.

I had a great time when I was at Andes Tower Hill. The slopes were fun and fast. Although I thought the prices were a little to high. It is still a great place for a family to have a day of fun....

...ng tax payer dollars by stocking this lake. Or better yet put your boat in this once gin clear basin and take a drive. Be sure to get out in the north end and take a walk across the surface algae, Oh be careful not to trip on the carp,or that one, that one and that one. Also take a good look at the very pretty shoreline erosion on the west side of the lake, this is an excellent example of water level control. It is very hard for me to understand why you would put tax dollars into this basin trying to make it a fishery. Sure the fish grow fast and there few predator fish but mabey do a water quality test, why are there no weeds? check the only outlet on the east side of the lake, is there a ruff fish control structure as required by a permit your dept. Issued in the 80’s. This Basin has minimal depth. Limited shoreline development, and was once a historic Migratory stopping spot for multiple breeds of diving ducks. Lets look at the big real picture. Somebody has taken the food out of the grocery store. Fish can live in a sewer and adapt. Basins like this should have a joint management...
