Summertime highs at Cork Lake frequently tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Cork Lake. Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Cork Lake. After a long day outdoors Lakes Area Motel and RV Park is a nice site to spend a night or two, and Berglins Bay is very       near and is a nice site to stop by. A day on the slopes of Andes Tower Hill is just what you need. Very great water scenery is available at Lobster Lake Dam near Cork Lake; dry warm beds await you at Alexandria-Days Inn. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Oak Park is a splendid site to camp, and a beautiful lake like Lake Mary is a pleasant location to stop by. Playing golf is lots of fun at East Mill Nine Golf Course, and Lobster                  Lake is a brilliant lake close by. At Cork Lake you don’t see much precipitation; through June this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
