Coppersmith Lake is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Thistledew Campground is a good spot to camp nearby, and nearby you come across the Wilson Lake Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. Throughout the summertime here at Coppersmith Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with       highs in the 10's with winter lows in the-20's overnight here at Coppersmith Lake. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Coppersmith Lake. This lake is so wonderful. On a delightful day at Coppersmith Lake you can take a hike along the Valley River Trail, and Big Fork has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot close by. Stay the night at Stony Brook Campground, and not far from Coppersmith Lake you'll find Candy Lake which is a                  delightful lake. Coppersmith Lake gets a common amount of rain; most of the rain falls throughout June, and the driest of the months is February.
