If you get bored of Cole Lake, you could also pop by close by Mattlia Lake, and don't leave Cole Lake without first going for a hike along the Herubin Truck Trail. After a long day outdoors Americinn - Moose Lake, Mn is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two, and wonderful hiking is available along the Giese Truck Trail. Cole Lake is a good location of normal rainfall; the month with most of the rain is June, and the       driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. Cole Lake is a brilliant site to visit for more than one day, Savanna Portage State Park is a brilliant site to camp nearby, and there are great places to look at along the Headboom Logging Trail. This spot is peerless, just explore all the cool things to do close to Cole Lake. C J's Corral is a tremendous local campground. Through the warm months at Cole Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's.                  Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 10's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Cole Lake fall into the-10's.
