Lutsen has great slopes and a friendly staff; you'll discover a delightful lake called Mine Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Temperance River is a great whitewater spot near Chub Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Gunflint Pines is a great place to camp. All through the months of summer at Chub Lake highs are       mostly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Chub Lake. The amount of rain that falls at Chub Lake is close to the national average; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is regularly the driest month. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Gneiss Trail; Sawbill Campground is a perfect campground                  nearby. This place, Chub Lake, it definitely has so much outdoors amusing stuff.
