You're sure to encounter some fine people from Alexandria here, and if you've had enough of Chippewa Lake, Burrs Lake is close by. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Chippewa Lake get into the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer       temperatures fall down into the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 10's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Chippewa Lake drop into the-10's. An average amount of rain falls at Chippewa Lake; most of the rain falls through June, and the driest month of the year is February. And if that's not enough, there's loads more to do next to Chippewa Lake. Head up to Andes Tower Hill and strap some skis to your feet. This                  lake is so wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Pine Ridge Golf Course is in close proximity, and after a long day outdoors Arrowwood Resort And Conference Center is a nice spot to spend a night or two.
